Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen:

  • High dust ceiling fans/corners.
  • Feather dust windows, light fixtures (wipe on detail days).
  • Start dish plan, empty sink.
  • Scrub microwave, wipe down oven hood.
  • Wash stovetop. Remove grates & knobs and wash in sink, scrub stovetop, rinse, dry, replace. Wipe oven door.
  • Wipe cupboard fronts (fingerprints, food).
  • Wipe fridge doors. (Stainless steel- soft side of sponge in circular motion, dry along grain).
  • Wipe down and pull out small appliances.
  • Scrub, rinse, and dry countertops, replacing appliances. 
  • Disinfect all light switches, door/cupboard knobs any touched surface.
  • Scrub sink, dish rack. 
  • Disinfect trash cans, replace bag. 
  • Dust baseboards (wipe on detail days*).
  • Shake out, vacuum or wipe down mats.
  • Vacuum floor, mop (scrub by hand on detail days*).

Bath:

  • High dust, dust windows & light fixtures.
  • Pre vacuum.
  • Shower/bath: Rinse, scrub, rinse, top to bottom, dry walls. Polish glass doors. Wipe and neatly replace product bottles. 
  • Polish cabinet fronts.
  • Sink: Wipe down products and set to one side. Scrub, rinse, and dry countertop. Replace products neatly then clean other side then sink. Polish mirror. 
  • Disinfect all light switches, door handles, any touched surface.
  • Toilet: Disinfect top to base. Scrub bowl.
  • Clean/empty trashcan, replace bag.
  • Dust/wipe baseboards.
  • Wipe floors by hand.

Bed:

  • High dust, dust windows and light fixtures.
  • Disinfect all light switches, door handles, buttons, any touched surfaces.
  • Dust and polish top to bottom. 
  • Clean all mirrors.
  • Make bed, change sheets if left out.
  • Vacuum any furniture cushions (take apart cushions on detail days*).
  • Vacuum rugs and clean floors with flat mop. One side Murphy’s for wood, other side Fabuloso for other floors.

(Same method for all other Bedrooms/Bathrooms/Living/Family/Dining Rooms/Office/Foyer/Mudroom/Hallways, etc.)

*Rotating detail schedule option:  one room each clean gets detailed.

*Add ons such as dishes, fridge, laundry, bedding, pet care, plant care available.

Apartment Move Out

Flat Rates Per Size:

Daily Disinfect

*A maid cleans & disinfects each and every touched surface (door knobs, light switches, remotes, etc.)

House Rates:

$50 or $40 for daily package (at least 4x/week)

Apartment Rates:

$40 or $30 for daily package (at least 4x/week)
